Tony looks after a number of Cardano’s clients and is involved in managing the relationship and providing advice on all aspects of their investment strategy. His focus is to help them achieve stable growth in their funding position, with no nasty surprises. The aim being to make them resilient and better placed to withstand turmoil in financial markets. Trustees and sponsors are demanding better outcomes. I come into work every day to achieve this for our clients. Steven’s role includes advising and managing relationships with advisory and fiduciary clients.

Before joining Cardano, Steven worked at Aon Hewitt for 8 years, where he was a Senior Consultant in the firm’s Investment Consulting practice. I see my role as understanding and knowing our clients really well. This allow us to tailor the solution to their needs, and help deliver the best member outcomes. Andrew performs an analytical role within the Client Team providing content to support client investment strategies and analysis for the wider business. Before joining Cardano, Andrew worked at Mercer as an Investment Analyst in the company’s Investment Consulting division.

Prior to that Andrew worked at Fidelity in their client servicing team following a brief time within the world of professional golf. I’m proud to work for a company that is not prepared to accept conventional thinking, helping our clients avoid the mistakes of the past. Patrick leads the Client Management Team and works with a number of the firm’s advisory and delegated clients. Before joining Cardano, Patrick worked at Goldman Sachs for 15 years in New York and London as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division’s Pension Advisory Group. Colgate University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Tim is an analyst in the Client Team, and his role involves working closely with stakeholders to provide investment support to clients. Before joining Cardano, Tim worked at Aon Hewitt where he was an Associate in the firm’s Investment Consulting practice.

Tim graduated from Lancaster University in 2012 with a First Class Honours degree in History. A founding partner of the UK business, Richard has overall responsibility for its clients and oversees the branding and messaging strategy for Cardano. Along with his very experienced colleagues Richard ensures that the highest quality of service and advice is delivered and client satisfaction achieved. As well as looking after the overall Client team, Richard also works directly with a number of fiduciary and advisory clients. What we do makes a real difference for pension fund beneficiaries. Ralph is responsible for setting up Cardano’s Defined Contribution business.

He has spent over two decades working with institutions and individuals to help solve their financial, investment and risk management challenges. Ralph is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Stuart joined Cardano in 2015 as a Business Development Manager. He has worked in the pensions industry for over five years, most recently spending nearly three years with Towers Watson as a Business Development Analyst for the Investment team. Prior to this he has worked in the enhanced annuity team at Just Retirement and for a superannuation fund in Melbourne, Australia. Emma leads the Client Delivery Team that ensures we deliver on all aspects of our service to clients.

Prior to joining Cardano, Emma was an investment consultant at Aon Hewitt, having qualified as an Actuary. She has a Masters degree from Birmingham University in Mathematics and a Masters in Actuarial Finance from Imperial College London. Sarah is an analyst in the Client Solutions Team, and her role involves providing technical support and producing educational material to help our clients. Before joining Cardano, Sarah worked at Willis Towers Watson where her role primarily involved working within the client consulting team.

Helen’s role includes managing client relationships and advising clients on all aspects of setting and implementing their investment strategy, and supports clients through the implementation and monitoring stages. Our clients rely on us to deliver clear and timely advice, often on complex topics. We understand that we are in a position of trust and work tirelessly to understand each unique circumstance to offer the optimal service. Lauren is a client manager, acting as day-to-day support for a range of pension scheme clients and working with the rest of the team to formulate and deliver investment advice. Before joining Cardano, Lauren spent over four years working at Aon Hewitt, where she was an Associate Consultant in the firm’s Investment Consulting practice. She also spent six months in Aon Hewitt’s fiduciary management division on the portfolio management team. Phil is responsible for Business Development in the UK and Ireland for Cardano.
